I was prescribed this medication whilst I was a patient in hospital, it worked very well and relieved the pain but it caused very severe constipation which was very uncomfortable and I had to be given an enema as a result, not nice!

I take this to manage really bad menstrual pain. It is very effective but quite literally knocks me out. Which is great if I want to sleep but I would not recommend that anyone takes it if they have to do anything at all!
